Chapter 2: Disclosure of Significant Financial Interest and Management and Reporting of Financial Conflict of Interest in Research

The University of Texas at El Paso holds itself to the highest ethical and legal standards. These standards require that University faculty and staff discharge their responsibilities on behalf of the University free from conflicts with personal interests. To assist the University and its faculty and staff realize this goal, the University adopts this Disclosure of Significant Financial Interest and Management and Reporting of Financial Conflict of Interest in Research Policy.
